Hannah has 18 years’ experience providing residential and mixed-use development consultancy advice across the public and private sectors.

Hannah is a Director within the London Place Advisory directorate at Avison Young. Providing advice for both mixed use, and sole residential projects, Hannah specialises in unlocking development opportunities throughout the process of land assembly, design, product differentiation and exit strategy for London based regeneration projects. Developer clients vary from first time developers through to experienced developers, local authorities, and housing associations. Hannah works closely either with colleagues, or as part of a multi-disciplinary team assessing development options for sites across London testing viability, development scenarios and delivery options, including partner procurement, to minimise development risk and deliver affordable housing.

Hannah is a Fellow of the RICS, Committee Member of Women in Property, and an English Channel Swimmer.
