With more than 25 years’ experience in planning, development and regeneration, she advises landowners, developers, investors, financial institutions and local authorities on complex projects ranging from housing and mixed-use development to large-scale urban regeneration. Jo is also Chair of Real Estate Balance, the industry organisation dedicated to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion across the real estate sector, helping to drive a fairer and more inclusive built environment profession.
