Dane Matthews is Head of UK Residential Asset Management at CBRE Investment Management, where he is responsible for the operational performance, asset management and resident experience across the firm's UK residential strategies, including build-to-rent, single-family housing and affordable housing.

He has more than 15 years' experience in residential real estate and asset management, with expertise spanning portfolio performance, operational excellence and institutional residential investment.

Before joining CBRE IM in 2022, Dane held senior residential asset management roles at Sigma Capital Group and Touchstone, overseeing large-scale residential portfolios across the UK.
