John leads the Central London Capital Markets team and has worked in the Central London market for 16 years. John has had strong experience in leading on sale and purchase instructions for a range of both UK and international institutional investors and property companies totalling in excess of £6.0 billion. John has geographical responsibility for European and Singaporean capital within the JLL Central London team and has a diverse client base including SunVenture, British Land, AXA IM, Blackstone, Union Investments and Generali. John works closely with our leasing and occupier business, advising occupiers on capital market aspects of leasing and potential owner occupier purchases. John led the purchase of 100 New Bridge Street alongside the occupier team for State Street Bank, and we are actively working with BlackRock, Bank of America, White & Case, Bank of New York and two confidential US occupiers. John previously worked with KPMG on their purchase and sale of their HQ in Canary Wharf in London.
