James has over 10 years' experience in operational real estate, including PBSA, hotels and BTR. He joined L&G in 2024 as Senior Asset Manager in the BTR team that has invested more than £4bn in the UK Build to Rent sector and has delivered over 10,000 BTR homes to date. James has mobilised and managed more than 2,000 BTR homes since joining L&G and has led the platform through preparations for the Renters' Rights Act and continues to oversee the relevant change management.
