Paul has extensive experience across a broad range of sectors within the development industry, having delivered major projects for both public and private sector organisations. Prior to joining London Square, he worked with leading organisations including L&Q, CBRE and Pocket Living, gaining expertise in the delivery of complex residential and mixed-use developments.

At London Square, Paul has led the planning and development of several significant projects, including Brixton Station Road, Wimbledon Bridge House and the delivery of affordable housing at the Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on securing planning consent, stakeholder engagement, and bringing challenging urban regeneration projects forward for delivery.
